An old methodist church surrounded by a park, yet located in the midst of busy Schöenberg will be renovated and converted into condominiums. The Ensemble is completed by a slender new building facing the street. Breaking with the Berlin block structure, it will provide three-sided exposure to its floor-through apartments. A roof garden continues the theme of living with an abundance of green into the architectural sphere. The project is structured as a building group.

Eine ehemalige Kirche wird zur Eigentumswohnungen umgebaut. Mitten im geschäftigen Schöneberg gelegen bietet der grosse Park eine einzigartige Atmosphäre der Ruhe und des Rückzugs. Zur Strasse entsteht ein weiteres, einseitig angebautes Gebäude. Der Berliner Blockrand wird hier aufgebrochen, der Strassenraum setzt sich im intimeren Masstab auf den privaten Flächen fort. Das Projekt ist als Baugruppe organisiert.
