The Project represents a new typology of Museum. The division between storage and exhibition spaces is fluid, art can be viewed in a number of states. The „Schaulager“ concept has been available mainly to larger collectors (as in our Sammlung Falckenberg), this typlogy will bring together smaller and medium sized collections which will have their own multifunctional storage space as well as shared exhibitioon, restauration and administrative spaces. Lecture spaces and a cafe cater to the public. A separate Studio tower provides art production spaces.

Das Projekt macht zum ersten Mal das Konzept „Schaulager“ auch Besitzern kleinerer und mittlerer Sammlungen zugänglich. Es entsteht ein Museum neuen Typs in dem die Arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Situationen gezeigt und gelagert werden. Vortragsbereiche und ein Cafe richten sich an die Öffentlichkeit. Eine Atelierturm ergänzt das Ensemble um Produktionsflächen.
